For some time now, state-owned central enterprises have been actively exploring and boldly trying in this area, and have achieved positive results in terms of arithmetic, data, large models, and scene applications.

The arithmetic base is accelerating and consolidating. As of the end of June, the scale of intelligent arithmetic of central enterprises doubled year-on-year, and 10,000 card clusters were built in Shanghai, Hohhot and other places; the arithmetic platform initially realizes the scheduling of multi-dimensional and heterogeneous arithmetic, and effectively supports the training iteration of general large models of hundreds of billions of grade and above, and the ability of autonomy and controllability is gradually improved, which provides a strong support for the landing of large-scale applications.

The basic model has been steadily constructed. We have supported "Jiu Tian", "Xing Chen" and other general large models to strengthen technical research and ecological cultivation, and promoted multimodal large models and cross-modal image generation capabilities to catch up with the domestic first-tier level. We will continue to promote the opening and empowerment of large models, and drive industrial central enterprises, private enterprises, universities and institutes to build industry models.

Accelerate the construction of application scenarios. More than 100 application scenarios have been built in the fields of new materials, communications, manufacturing, etc. Initially, large model applications have been realized in the fields of electric power, transportation, petrochemicals, etc., and cost reduction and efficiency increase have been obvious in the fields of scientific research, production, and customer service. We have initially built a number of high-quality datasets in logistics, finance, medical care and other fields, developed data governance tools, and gradually provided value-added services such as data processing to the outside world.

Industry-led continuous strengthening. A number of central enterprises released standard products such as software factories and "5G+AI" new calls at the Seventh Digital China Summit and the World Conference on Artificial Intelligence, strengthened cooperation with Huawei, Tech Data Xunfei and other private enterprises in the fields of intelligent networked vehicles, energy and chemical industry, formed supply and demand docking, jointly built large models for the industry, and pushed for landing. Build a good industrial ecology.

The first is to deeply excavate high-value scenarios and fully open them up, carry out collaborative cooperation between supply and demand, and form a number of industry application demonstration benchmarks. Secondly, we will explore the standard system and construction path of high-quality datasets, and build high-quality datasets for key industries in batches. Third, we will orderly promote the construction of smart computing centers and arithmetic scheduling and operation platforms, strengthen the supply of smart computing capacity, and better serve small and medium-sized enterprises.
